Why?
All versions of Windows need to be regularly tidied up, cleaned and optimised otherwise the computer gradually gets slower and slower. They can accumulate viruses, spyware, malware and trackers which can stop the computer running properly. We run extensive anti- virus, anti-spyware and malware programs, optimisers and junk cleaners which usually restore the computer to its original operating performance.

Computers over a year old can overheat because the fans have clogged up with fluff and the processor chip is not being cooled properly. This will lead to reduced performance and possible total breakdown. We vacuum the inside, clean the computer fans and put fresh heatsink compound on the processor.

You don’t have to bring the computer in to us nor do we have to visit you. Our engineer will take control of your computer remotely, to run diagnostic tests, load software and fix problems.
